Our clients are looking for a family-friendly home in a quiet, safe location. S+L will be working from home and require 3-4 bedrooms, an open plan kitchen and a living space with a covered alfresco area and a backyard to keep the little kids within eyesight and with some room for a few vege patches, swingset or trampoline and a double garage. Future renovations are ok but must be move-in ready. North, South or Tuggeranong location, budget $950,000 – $1,000,000.
A+C: Forever Family Home
A+C are looking for the quintessential big, old Weetangera-style family home. 300m2 house with a big rumpus and double garage under on a block of 800m2 plus. The backyard will be filled with a pool, deck, and trampoline and 4 young kids. The desired location needs to be within a 15 min drive of Radford College. Original condition is preferred as A+C want to do their own renovations. Short or extended settlement is ok and we are working with a buying range of up to $1,800,000.
T+J: Apartment life is calling
An off-the-plan purchase is preferable for this client with a flexible timeframe of 12 months to 2 years. Buying guide around $2.3 – $2.4m with 3 beds, 2 living and 2-3 car spaces with an outdoor space of generous proportions is required. Prefer City, North or Belconnen locations.
